The aromatics of the Muscat grape are on full display in the nose, with flowers and zesty citrus notes coming forward. The pomace fermented for three days, unlike most Grappas where it is immediately distilled after crushing, for added depth. The alcohol is soft of the palate and the spirit finishes long with lingering intensity.
made from the infusion of Camomile in grappa distilled from the Nebbiolo grape. The Camomile flowers are picked when they are fully ripe, dried, strained, and left to steep in the grappa for eleven months. Sweeter than most grappas, it offers hints of honey, lavender, and green tea that complement the rich flavors of Camomile.
Aged for 4 years in French oak barriqueS, previously used to age Sicilian Marsala wine. subtle tones of vanilla and cocoa.
matures in 60 gallon barriques used to age Amarone wine. fruity cherry notes along with those of almonds, hazelnuts and at the end, mint and anise. Balsamic and herbal flavors are also perceptible.

The nose is fragrant, delicate and harmonious. On the palate, this grappa is intense and complex, but with a smooth texture and mouth feel, followed by a long finish.

The organically maintained family-owned-operated winery keeps its recipe a tightly guarded secret. Cappellano Barolo Chinato holds the reputation of being the ne plus ultra of Chinato. Translucent and viscous, the wine offers notes of chocolate, roses, spices and herbs.
Bright and clear, its neat and clean scent conjures up martin-sec pear, lavender, various sage notes. When it is smelled for the second time, Chinese tangerines with almond milk at the end can be sensed. AMARO Nonino Quintessentia-
Using a family recipe since 1897, Nonino Amaro is a careful infusion of alpine herbs, enriched today by the presence of UE grapes aged over 5 years. A light and velvety textured sweetness on the attack leads to a slightly bitter, dryer finish. Nonino is far less sweet and bitter than many other amari. Try it on ice and a slice of orange!
VIbrant, bittersweet bouquet is citrusy, herbal, floral and earthy. The palate entry is bittersweet, intensely herbal and earthy but refreshingly orange citrusy; the tasty midpalate is marked by heightened sweetness and a more mineral-like core flavor. Finish is savory and bittersweet.
entry features the moderately bitter taste of orange peel and cardamom as they tango on one's tongue in a dance of seduction all the way through the midpalate and well into the aftertaste.
produced in accordance with the original recipe created almost 200 years ago - a recipe known by only three people. Ramazzotti gains its distinctive flavor from thirty-three carefully selected herbs and spices, although notes of orange peel, cardamom, myrrh, galangal and cinnamon are the most pronounced.
much lighter than many other amaro. The nose is much more floral than most other amaro, with rose petals leaping out of the glass. Right underneath the rose is lavender, dried orange peel, coriander, black pepper, allspice, cassia bark, licorice root, wormwood, and saffron.
S. MARIA AL MONTE
a fernet-style liqueur, beautifully balances bitterness, herbaceousness, and sweetness. While compellingly complex, this liqueur distinguishes itself with pronounced mint on the finish. Try serving neat, added to coffee or mineral water, or prepared as a grog with sugar and hot water.

Brown mahogany color. Bright aromas of mint leaf, coriander, pepper, and grassy herbs with a soft, soft, dry medium body and a warming, long burnt nut and coffee, wormwood tea, bitter bark, and cooling menthol tobacco finish. A bold fernet with cooling minuteness.
Intensely bitter since its inception in 1845, Fernet-Branca has been produced according to the original recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. The bitters are made from 27 herbs and other ingredients. The exact formula is a trade secret known only to the Fernet-Branca president, Niccolò Branca, who personally measures out the aromatics during the production process.

The base ingredients of Nocino have changed very little through the centuries. They include cut, unripe walnuts, alcohol (typically grappa or grain alcohol), sugar, and spices. It is the mix of spices that can vary widely from family-to-family and village-to-village that gives each Nocino its unique character.
